Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience, our powerlifting team welcomes athletes of all ability levels. You’ll train in the three classic lifts — bench press, squat, and deadlift — in a supportive, fun, and fully inclusive environment.

Every athlete aims in lifting more weights than the opponent using specific moves. Powerlifting involves deadlifts, squats or bench press.
Athlete to Coach Ratios
The ratios are minimum athlete to coach requirements for not only Conference competitions, Provincial, and National Games, but for all Special Olympics Ontario competitions and practices. They ensure that athletes are safe and supervised at all times.
