Hey kids! Ready to have a ton of fun, make new friends, and feel like a superstar?
Our Fundamentals Program is specially designed for younger children (ages 7–12 +/-) with intellectual disabilities. It’s all about learning basic sports skills through games, music, and play in a super-friendly, supportive environment. No pressure, no try-outs — just smiles, high-fives, and lots of giggles!
You’ll build confidence, improve coordination and balance, and discover how awesome it feels to move your body and try new things like soccer, basketball, running, and more. Best of all, you’ll be part of a caring team that cheers you on every step of the way.
Parents love it too — watching their child light up with pride and make lifelong friendships!
Spots are open for our Spring/Summer session!

FUNdamentals focuses on developing basic sports skills while fostering enjoyment of physical activity in young athletes. Through these ideals, we hope to encourage athletes to live a healthy, active life through sport. FUNdamentals uses activity sessions that focus on specific sport skills, such as transportation skills, kicking, throwing, and catching, that can be transferred to a variety of sports and used in everyday tasks.
